The company is very professional, courtesy and high integrity are top of the list. Could not not have found a better service.

Review: On may 26 2014 we had some body replace our window. during window project they drewed our living room electronic wire, cause our living room powder out. we called a few companies to trouble shooting our powder.but we didnt find any one fix it. Dialonesonshine is one of these comanies.

AfterDialonesonshine gave me estimate they started calling me to requesting to help us to fix our problem. I had a couple estimate, I couldnt accept their price right way, On the phone I told them I need more opinion to find out the cost.

After they found out I got better price from different company.They are very upset, Calling me constantly at my work. some body from their customer service yelling me on the phone. they said they spent hours for estimate, on the phone they argued with me, they told me either let them do the job or either I pay them 6 to 7 hundreds dollars for their estimate. they claimed they spent 5 hours in our home for estimate, which we were told by some one from their company on 5/28/14 some body from their company would be in my home after 12pm on may 29, Unfuturaly on May 29 2014 they called my home after 1pm they were running late and some body would be our home before 4:30pm. we were waiting till around 6pm. At 6:13pm that day I called my home my husband said to me finally some body showed up a while ago.and checking. Around 7:07pm my husband called me told me like another people, they couldn't find problem to fix it. they want coming next week to rewire living room wires. I requesed to talk to that person. on the phone He told me to call their office next week to schduel appt. after I compare a couple of estimate, I think their price too high. I did talk with them the price if they could lower their price they would get this job. but we couldnt get agreement..Desired Settlement: Pls Help me get rid of this bully!

This letter is in response to a complaint filed by [redacted].

On 5130114 Mr. [redacted] called our company out to [redacted] S. [redacted] Vista in San Clemente to help with an electrical problem. He had no power in one room. [redacted], our senior service technician arrived at the home at 4:45pm and went over options with Mr. [redacted]· to perform a category 2 advanced diagnostic to find the problem. Mr. [redacted] signed our invoice authorizing us to perform this work. [redacted] was at the customers home from 4:45 to 7:45 (documentation attached for hours worked), and found the issue to be a bolt thru the wire on the circuit for the bedroom at the front of the home. This wire goes from the bedroom to the living room up to the TV. [redacted] cleared the short and restored power to the bedroom, as well as the rest of the circuit since the customer had family coming out the next day.

[redacted] left the property, and did not collect for the services rendered, as customer asked [redacted] to return at a later date to complete the repair for circuit restoration as stated on the addendum of our invoice. He instructed the customer to call our office and schedule a date and time that would work for them as they had out of town company coming.

Several attempts were made by us to schedule to have [redacted] go back out to the home, however it would seem that Mrs [redacted] took over the project and decided that she wanted us to lower our price or she was going to shop around. Without sounding d;srespectful, Mrs [redacted] was extremely difficult to work with. Since we were not able to reschedule a time for [redacted] to go back out to complete the job, I called Mrs. [redacted] at work as she would not return our calls. I asked her if she could please send in payment for the work we performed at her home that was authorized by her husband for 582.50. She said [redacted] did not do anything and he did not get the power on to the room. This however is anything except the truth. (See attached invoice for details)

Having difficulty speaking with Mrs [redacted], I decided to send a certified letter to Mr. [redacted] explaining the situation in hopes that he and Mrs [redacted] could reach some sort of decision regarding this invoice. (Attached see copy of certified letter sent to Mr. [redacted])

Shortly after we sent out the certified letter we now receive a complaint from the Revdex.com from a customer who has not paid any money for services rendered by our company, services I might add that were completely authorized and performed over the period of 3 hours.

I would appreciate your consideration in this matter. I feel that this is a customer that was needing her electrical fixed because she had family coming out, and Is now trying to say we did nothing, and she does not have to pay for our service and restoration of power to that room. To date, we have not received any payment for services rendered.

My hunsband and myself have reviewed the response made by the Dial OneSonshine Plumbing, Heating&Air Conditioning and Electrical Inc to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For details of the letter we reviewed appear below.

[redacted] G their Company technician was at our home for nearly one hour that day, not there the three hours as they said. and he did not work than to troubleshoot and prepare an estimate on that day. In fact [redacted] told myself on the phone, he couldn't find the prblem, that I had to call their office to schedule another time for him to come back and rewire the entire living room the fellowing week. I was asking him how much I need to pay him for that day, he told me :"nothing".

We have no argument with paying the intial fee of $89 for the troubleshooting. My husband already sent a certified letter to Ms. [redacted] explaning our requesting on Sat. July 12.
