All of our customers are made aware of the services they will receive and the cancellation policy at the time of sign up, and only upon customer's approval a subscription is activated and services are deliveredIn this case at the time of making the payment customer was fully aware of the fact that its going to be a two year support for which the payment would be made, if the customer has a concern now that we shouldn't accept payment for two years but only for one, this was a concern that was to be raised at the time of sign up and not after year of service periodOur policies are very straight and we do not fail in issuing a refund if raised in the days time from sign upWe apologize for any inconvenience caused to the customer, but be assured that you should not see any future charge from us

Hello,First of all customer needs to check if it is actually dialport and what customer support number does the customer have for Dialport.We do not have any ticket amount of $179, and there is no employee by the name of Amanda in billing.Customer should immediately call the card issuing bank and file a dispute over the chargeWe are not into the business of running remote technical support

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: The company's statement is only another reiteration of their refusal to grant a refund.The statement ignores the fact that it is unethical to accept payment for two years of service and grant only a 30-day windowto file for a refund The company is well aware that the customers who contact them for support are not computer literate andwhile listening to the whole sales pitch and sign up process the customer is in a stunned state Working with anyone over thephone to get help fixing a computer is a very long, very drawn out process Brain fatigue and physical discomfort set in beforethe process is complete. I was barely okay with the service I was getting when there came a point when I needed assistance and no one answered the phonefor two days I also found it very hard to understand the company representative each time we spoke and felt embarrassedto have to keep asking him to repeat what he said. I also believe that since this company operates out of India, a country known for having no respect whatsoever for women, thatthis company is also denying my request because I am a woman As for their assurance I will see no further charges from them, this is what would be expected.Sincerely,*** ***

We never make refunds unless it is requested from customer's end, and even if the refund has to be made the customer is not required to get onto his/her computer, it would automatically go to the charged credit/debit cardWe have no record of making any such call to the customerDelay in response

The customer signed up with in the month of June 2014, and as per the money back policy the customer only qualifies for a cancellation and refund if such request is raised within the 30 days from signup. In this case the customer had received the services from us successfully with complete...

satisfaction and we never received any cancellation request from the customer as well. All records has been checked and case has been studied, due to which the response was also delayed. We certainly do not charge the customer automatically in future without authorization.

Review: This company placed a mal-ware virus on my cell phone that prompted me to call in order to fix the problem. I was not able to use the browser on my phone at all, every time I opened it an alert popped up with Dial Pot Solutions information telling me I needed to call them to remove a virus I had inadvertently downloaded.

When I called, the person that answered the phone identified himself as Ben Preecher, and said that his company is the official tech support for all Apple products.

After explaining to me that he could see the virus on my phone and that he could fix it, he then quoted $99.99 price that I would have to pay over the phone with a credit card to fix the problem.

My husband was close by and listening to my conversation while also searching about Dial Port Solutions online, he discovered that it was a scam and told me to hang up. I did that and then we searched further online (on his computer) for ways to fix the problem myself. We were able to remove the pop up alert and restore normal function to my IPhone by following a few simple steps in the setting menu.

Dial Port Solutions did something to my phone to cause it to malfunction, and then insisted that I needed to pay $99.99 to fix it. I feel violated, unsafe and angry over this encounter with Dial Port Solutions. The number that I called was ###-###-####.Desired Settlement: I want to be permanently removed from their database and I am considering reporting this to other authorities as I feel a crime has been committed as well as serious misrepresentation of what their services are for. The alert they placed on my phone prevented me from doing anything on Safari, I use my phone predominantly for business so this interfered with my ability to complete work this morning. Please advise on who else I can report this matter to.

Review: I received a pop up on my phone saying a virus was detected and to call this company immediately to resolve it.

After persistent pressure by the representatives, I was to pay $79.00 for them to install software to repair the virus.

Afterwards, I immediately called my phone provider who told me that no Security Breach has been made and this company is fraudulent, that I should contact my bank and stop payment, as well as the Revdex.com.Desired Settlement: Companies like this need to be shut down, and my money refunded.

Review: One day I saw a Dialport Solutions advertisement on my PC and called their no. to check on their services, explaining how my PC was sluggish, and that often would disconnect from my provider. The sales rep was rather insistent that I use his service to fix my PC problems, saying that my PC network was contaminated from a company located in Africa. Then he told me that [redacted] prices were $1200 for one PC and $2400 for 2, and that his service would fix all my problems for much less cost, and showed me a service costing $399.98 for 1 yr. I accepted, somewhat reluctantly. His technician began immediately and I watched the operations and movements on my screen. The sales rep said he'd call me after the service was performed to check with me and get my satisfaction. When he called I said, yes, I noticed an improvement. He explained that DialPort would send me an email for me to express my satisfaction, but I delayed filling out the CUSTOMER SURVEY until I was sure my PC was fix once and for all. I NEVER RETURNED THE CUSTOMER SURVEY and a couple days later I called to damand a refund, plus sending an email demand. Someone from Dialport called me to say a full refund was not possible, only $99. I insisted that their solutions were worthless and how could they refuse my refund. The agent repeated their refund would not be the entire $399.98. In my mind this is a scam. Every other business on the internet allows customers a full refund if the service or product was defective. I"ve received a refund every time I expressed disatisfaction from several companies. How could DialPort refuse?Desired Settlement: A total refund is the only fair solution. That's how American business companies operate, isnt it?
