We have offered proof to the customer that we did indeed email him prior to the price increase. In addition to...
sending notice of the price increase in advance of the event, the customer has been charged 8 months at this rate. Each bill was documented with an Emailed invoice. We have attempted to reach out to him to discuss further and have not been able to do so.
