I have been purchasing weekly consistently from Balloon room online since I placed an order today and that will be the last order I place .I have NEVER felt so DISRESPETED by a company in my lifeThe owner or GM, JANET her employees Tammy and Tracey were all condescending and disrespectful to no end I place an order on their NEW website and paidIncluded in my order was inflated balloons which I m aware carry and extra shipping charge which the shipper call with the new price USUALLYToday however I get a call from tammy stating that the pricing on the NEW website is wrong so not only am I gonna pay more for the product I have to pay more for shippingSo I said to her as a business the product cost should be eaten by them because I paid what was publishedshe proceeded to ARGUE with me and end the end say she'll have the supervisor give me a callafter waiting 40+ mins I call and speak to Janet who comes on defensive with the same argument that its a new website and I should understand and expect mistakes....(what???) she did in the end honor the price of the product and told me the shipping will be higher which I understood from the beginningAs I stated before shipping has always been higher if they inflate...Tammy, not the shipping person I usually speak to calls and says the shipping will be cent I asked why she said the oversized box shipping in $but then says I have to still pay the $I ask why when its all going in the same boxShe put be on holdTracy comes on the phone and tells me the shipping is what it is I can place the order or cancel(Huh) I old her I have NEVER paid that amount for shipping ...they always ship everything in one box with the inflated balloons she was So RUDE and NASTY...they wouldn't or couldn't explain to me the extra high shipping ..couldn't tell who the shipper was, couldn't tell me the dimensions of the box but wanted me to pay I asked to speak to someone in shipping that can better explain was told no because what ever she says JANET will override it she has the last sayI told don't inflate just sendafter thinking about it ..all the business that had given all the item f that came subpar and I had not complained about and the is was the treatment I was givenI called back and cancelled my orderI will NEVER Order from them againI'd rather pay DOUBLE somewhere else than the deal with them againBALLOON ROOM SUCKS AT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

I asked why she said the oversized box shipping in $28.14 but then says I have to still pay the $11.14... I ask why when its all going in the same box. She put be on hold. Tracy comes on the phone and tells me the shipping is what it is I can place the order or cancel.
