Review: I signed up for Dialysis4Career online Hemodialysis training course for RN’s and LPN’s in March 2014. When taking the final exam online I encounted 2 issues when taking this exam online: 1. 2 questions on the final exam skipped 2. Internet explore froze and I had to refresh the browser. The mixture of these 2 issues, I believe adding to me receiving a failing grade of 78%, 80% needed for passing. I was given the option to re-take the course, but at a 10% discount.

I called Dialysis4career and spoke with [redacted], [redacted] and explained my situation. He stated his hands were tied and he could not help me, and I would have to re-take the course. When asked if I could speak to someone else regarding this issue, he stated he was [redacted] and no one else was above him and good luck finding someone. I explained to [redacted] that his customer service, as [redacted] was lacking and I expressed my concerns.

I’m not new to taking online classes, currently I’m enrolled in a MSN program online and have not encounted technical issues like this before.

With much regret, I retook the program and received an 88% passing grade. My bailing statement still shows 2 payments for $649.00, lacking the 10% discount on the second payment.Desired Settlement: To either have a refund on the second payment or have the 10% refunded to me.
