Diamond A Towing Reviews (1)
On April 4, 2012 a driver for our company Pinnacle Fleet hit a patch of black ice and rolled over a 5th wheel camper that he was delivering to Reno NV. The unit was towed to Diamond A Towing for storage until the damages were determined. The unit was totaled. I spoke with the owner of Diamond A Towing, Jim to see if there were any salvage yards available to salvage this unit for us so that we would not have another cost of bringing in back to our facility. I was informed by Jim that no one would salvage it unless there was a title or a release form signed. At this time we were getting a way to get it back to IN so that we could see what parts that we could salvage on our own. A check was sent to Diamond A Towing on July 19, 2012 in the amount of $3,540.00. On August 17, 2012 Pinnacle put the trailer on a load board, trying to get it brought back to IN. At this time it was discovered that the unit was already being salvaged by Diamond A Towing. The walls were removed and anything of value was removed. This was all done without the title or release form signed by anyone. The unit was in such a mess that there was no way that we could get the unit brought back to IN safely at this point. This business had no permission or authority to salvage this unit. I have pictures of what the unit look like when it was at the facility. One of Pinnacles representatives traveled to Cheyenne and took pictures of what was left of the unit after they took it apart and removed the remaining items in the unit.If you would need any further information, please feel free to contact Pinnacle at anytime.
