So I placed an order online and I was not offered the 10% off for new customers that is offered regularly. After I made my order a sale price was made. I messaged them on Facebook asking about it and I told them for future references I would go elsewhere with my business. I want to make a return, they blocked me in my messages where I can no longer communicate with them to make the return after feeling scammed. I'm upset and I looked at their return policy and I am eligible for a return.

I was missing approximately 4000 drills from my kit. I have been trying for over a month to get the matter resolved and still have not received.
Ordered *** on 5/24 received a few days later began working on the painting and found I was missing about 4 very large bags of drills in 2 different colors. I wrote and was sent 10 days later the wrong type of drill got square not the needed round. Wrote again and after 10 days contacted them as nothing was received. First time was told it was a warehouse error second tuime a computer glitch. Becoming more and more frustrates my critis0ian of the company became more and more evident. On 3rd try a rep sent request for the correct amount and type of needed drills but I was only shipped about 900. I tried to write them again and they refuse to respond. I wrote a review on google which lead them to blacklist me meaningl I will never get the rest of my kit nor will they honor their advertised 100% lifetime guanrantee

Desired Outcome

I just want my money back at this point. I will gladly ship them all of their stuff and have requested to return for refund but they ignored that also.

BUSINESS RESPONSE: The original order was placed on May, 24h 2019. On June 14th, we received a request for missing diamonds, without specifying the quantity needed. The diamonds were shipped the same day. On June 16th, 2019, another request for missing diamonds was made. We shipped the diamonds on June 17th, free of charge. On June 28th, we received another email from the customer claiming that the replacement diamonds never arrived, we reshipped them free of charge on June 28th (this is the 3rd reship so far. On July 10th, another request was made, and yet, another free replacement was issued. On July 12th, we receive another request, again, free diamonds are issued but were automatically canceled by our system as the maximum number of free replacements has been issued.

On July 25th, 2019, a Revdex.com complaint was made asking to return the merchandise for a refund, that is not possible as the return period of 30 days has been exceeded. Our full return policy can be found here: https://www.diamondartclub.com/pages/return-policy

We have done everything we could to help this customer prior to *** opening a Revdex.com complaint. There is no available option for us to assist any further.

My first request was not received for 10 days after I made it. I DID NOT make an additional request until I RECeived them and they were the wrong type. I ALSO EXPLAINED THAT all of the diamonds for those 2 colors were missing,. the second request5 was never filled and their customer service acknowledged such stating it was a computer error. the third time I did receive the type of diamonds needed but at about less then half of the quantity necessary. My request for refund as sent only after I realized the company was just too hard to deal with. which may have been after 30 days but only because I was trying to giv e them a chance to make things right.

As we indicated in our previous response:

"July 12th, we received another request, again, free diamonds are issued but were automatically canceled by our system as the maximum number of free replacements has already been issued."

Although diamonds replacements are a perk from Diamond Art Club and replaced as part of our accidental damage protection *** there is a limit on how many diamonds we can send free of charge.

In regard to receiving less than the quantity needed, each time you made a request, you did not specify a number of diamonds thus we sent the quantity that people typically ask for.

Unfortunately, your additional orders of free diamonds replacements were automatically canceled by the system as you have exceeded the maximum number of free requests for diamonds.

Now, although you contacted on June 14th, there was never a point where you requested a return for a refund or we would have been happy to accommodate within the initial 30 days, in the same way we've accommodated your requests for free diamonds replacements.

This website had fraudulently charged my card, as while I had input my card information in hopes of purchasing their sample pack, upon getting to their second "upgrade your order page" (for a larger size as the sample sizes are quite pixilated) I had exited out of the page and website completely. They still charged my card for the purchase, sent the wrong items, and after contacting customer care, was told that not only did the website automatically confirm and finalize the order for me despite my exiting (specifically said it was because even though I didn't wait for the final order form to load it still sent it through) but that I was also expected to pay for shipping and handling myself to return the product that when received was also not what was ordered. basically telling me I have to pay $25 something just to return and get BACK my $25 something that they took off my card.(sample pack you only pay shipping and handling)
