We apologize for our delayed response, it appears that the email was sent to our SPAM FolderPlease see belowThis customer, [redacted] purchased a Saturn Vue from our Used Car Dealership, Diamond Auto Exchange on 01/20/He purchased this vehicle with the understanding that is was to be sold with A NO Cooling off period (see the attached SIGNED Purchase Order, declined Cooling Off Policy and Buyers Guide) We at Diamond Auto Exchange do not warranty any vehicles purchased but do offer the customer an option to purchase a third party warranty through GWC [redacted] opted to purchase this warranty when he purchased his vehicle from Diamond Auto Exchange Several days after the sale of his vehicle, [redacted] noticed that the Check Engine light had come onHe returned to our Dealership stating that this was something that we needed to fix, without the customer purchasing a "cooling off policy" we at Diamond Auto Exchange are under no obligation to repair or even inspect his vehicle However, in good faith, we agreed to send his vehicle to the Chevy Dealership for a diagnostic inspectionRiverside Chevrolet found issues with the vehicle which were not completely covered by the GWC warrantyAs a courtesy, Diamond Auto Exchange offered to pay for the repairs with the customer not coming out of pocket (see attached emails) the customer failed to respond but again in good faith, we paid for the repairs It is our understanding that [redacted] will be in contact with Riverside Chevy to arrange to pick up the repaired vehicle, again at no cost to himWe at Diamond Auto Exchange did not fail to repair his vehicle, we went over and above the agreed processes and will not be issuing any refunds at this time

I am rejecting this response because: These notes explain as much in detail what occurredOn the days with a W I had a witness with meI will try to send other copies of the only e-mails which Diamond Auto ever sent and the agreements on those e-mails which they are now not willing to comply with now

is was to be sold AS-IS with A NO Cooling off period (see the attached SIGNED Purchase Order, declined Cooling Off Policy and AS-IS Buyers Guide) We at Diamond Auto Exchange do not warranty any vehicles purchased but do offer the customer an option to purchase a third party warranty through GWC.
