My roof had a tree fall on it during hurricane Irma I called Big Tuna Roofing and they promptly came out and evaluated the situation had the tree removed and put a tarp over the damaged area We were without electricity and they offered the use of a generator They helped to handle our insurance claim from start to finish pulled all the necessary permits All I had to do was choose the color of the new shingles They did the job in a very timely manner and it was completed in one day with very little inconvenience to me The new roof made my house look like a new home When the inspector came from the mortgage company to make the final inspection she asked what the name of the roofing company was and I said Big Tuna Roofing and she replied “ I have done a lot a inspections on roofs that they have worked on and they do a really good job I haven’t had or heard a complaint from anyone yet”I recommend them to anyone that needs a new roof

We hired Big Tuna Roofing Services to fix our leaking roofDuring the initial visit at the end of December 2016, ***, came to the property and did a roof inspection to find the cause of the leak into our master closet He claimed the leak is coming from the valley and was so confident about it, that didn’t even go in the attic to see if that really was the origin of the problem*** at this time asked, if it would be better to replace the whole roof, to which *** responded that the roof was in a great condition considering it was years of age and that we did not need a new roof, just a valley replacement He meticulously pointed where the problem wasWe agreed at that time he will do a repair and we got a quote from the company on 1/4/for a $
