we agreed. She had the car out for three and a half hours. When she came back she said that she wanted to buy the car. Her only complaint at that time was that the car pulled to the right going down the road. We had our mechanic make the adjustments needed. She purchased the car on 5/28/15. That afternoon she called to say that the CD player in the radio was not working, although radios are not covered under warranty we agreed to replace the radio at no charge and set up an appointment for 6/1/15. On 5/30/15 she called at 9:30 pm to say that her daughter was pulled over by the Chemung County Sheriff Dept and that we must have done something wrong. She requested that we call the Sheriff department to find out what was wrong. We called the sheriff department the next day and were told that the car was pulled over for suspected illegal activity and that we had done nothing wrong. On 5/31/15/ she called to say that the car had a fuel leak. She did not show up for her appointment on 6/1/15 and did not give us a call. We made another appointment for her for 6/8/15 and again she was a no show. We did get the car in on 6/16/15. At that time we changed the radio. The vehicle had a check engine light on for a very small evap leak, we found and repaired the problem. We found an oil pressure sender leaking and replaced it. We checked the whole car over and could not find that the car had ever had a fuel leak. All four wheels were removed and brakes were inspected. The brake pads in the front and the brake shoes in the rear were at 50%, We had a agreement with her for a 50/50 warranty but did not charge her for any of these repairs. We have not been contacted by her after 6/15/15, and did not know that she was having any more trouble. Not having seen the car since then we could not be of further assistance. We will offer to supply the customer with the labor to repair her car in our shop if she will agree to purchase the parts for a period of 30 days from the date of this letter.Sincerely,Diamond Auto Sales
