I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND BUYING ANYTHING FROM DIAMOND BEAUTY SUPPLY.
I bought a $128.00 worth of product on December 24th and payment from my account was taken immediately. First they did not have the product they sold me, then when I asked that my order be canceled and a refund issued I began running into further issues with them. I have included all correspondence with this company so you may see for yourself what type of a business this is. I realize $128.00 is not a large sum of money to some, but to me it is. Thank you for taking time to read this review and I hope that perhaps this will save someone else some aggravation.

We were low on stock of some items and are waiting for delivery from the factory.
Our suppliers are all local and we expect delivery very quickly.
We will ship your order the day the item comes in.
If your order had Multiple items, we will ship all we have available and ship the balance (we pay the 2nd shipping) for the other items.
Some customers order Discontinued items and we search all our suppliers and sister stores for any remaining stock. This some times take a while.
We billed your order so there is no delay in shipping. We received so may complaints when we did NOT bill for the order, that we set up the system this way.
