POOR WORKMANSHIP & NO CUSTOMER SERVICE
Bought a trailer built by Diamond Cargo, made it 170ish miles down the road and the roof separated from the frame, the warranty manager Burke is an jerk, non-helpful, non-responsive, the GM Don is a coward and does not followup to resolve and would rather stick it to the customers the guys that help pay his pay check. Real stand up guy. If I were you I would purchase from another company these clowns are not reputable and it speaks highly of these individuals as human beings that are nothing short of the sm of the earth, they are criminals at best. BUY elsewhere.
POOR WORKMANSHIP & NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

READ BEFORE BUYING DIAMOND C!!!
!READ THIS BEFORE YOU BUY A DIAMOND C TRAILER!

I have purchased three Diamond C trailers in the past three years and spent over $50,000. When I had a warranty issue because of their part failure Keith in their warranty department denied my claim that I was going to even pay half of and meet him in the middle saying that it was my error and not a part failure. He claims that their parts never fail the way that mine did when multiple companies that work on trailers told me that this happens all the time. Essentially what happened is the bracket that holds the axle failed and bent which then made the axle and the spindle bend as well. The reason I took it in was not because I saw that but because the wear on my tires was looking odd. Also, the emergency brake wires were getting corroded from water getting into the housing and one of the main wires disconnected and was touching the positive on the battery. This was causing the brakes to lock up spontaneously, and I did not even realize it. The experts at the trailer company that I took my trailer to pointed this out to me, which could’ve caused the failure itself. Diamond C would not warranty that and Keith would not take that into consideration of why the failure happened. My trailer is a flatbed tilt trailer that is supposed to hold 14,000 pounds plus. I had a 302 excavator at most is 5500 pounds that I was using it for. I bought this trailer in February, which is only eight months ago. There was a time when Diamond C had quality products and stood behind their warranties. Since Covid they have changed the quality of their trailers and their parts with Chinese crap. They are also saying that it is impossible for them to have any failures in that Chinese crap. I am selling all three of my Diamond C trailers and purchasing new trailers. I am not going to use or stand behind the company that does not stand behind their product. I would suggest you do the same. Look into the warrantees before you buy a trailer and the reviews of other people for that particular product. I am so disgusted right now I cannot believe that they would lose out on hundreds of thousands of dollars in trailers that I would’ve purchased in the future for less than $1500 in warranty work. Keith does not know his as from a hole in the ground and does not understand business. Sometimes you gotta give a little to get a lot. Obviously he is not in charge of the profitability of the company. This is who you will be dealing with if you have any issues with your trailer. I think Diamond C should rethink their position of utilizing Keith in their warranty department. He does not represent or stand behind their product. He dances around the issues with BS and does not even listen to the experts that are working on the trailers every day. You have been warned!

TRAILER COUNTRY USA
ENJOYED MR DAN, HE HELPED ME DESIGH MY TRAILER AND BEEN THERE FOR ME UNTIL THE END, BUT I WAS NOT HAPPY WITH THE MANUFACTOR COMPANY HE CHOSED TO BUILD MY TRAILIER FOR THE FEEDING THE HOMELESS PEOPLE. I HOPE MR. DAN WOULD CHOSE ANOTHER MANUFACTOR IN THE FUTURE SO HIS CUSTOMERS WOULD HAVE BETTER SERVICE.

TRAILER DEFECT
I PURCHASED A TRAILER FROM DIAMOND CARGO BACK IN JUNE 2022, DIDN'T RECEIVE IT UNTIL NOVERBER AROUND THANKSGIVING. I WASN'T PLEASED WITH THE TIME IT TOOK TO GET MY ORDER, BY THE TIME I RECEIVED IT, IT WAS TOO COLD TO WORK WITH IT. TWO MONTHS LATER I FINALY GOT TO TURN ON THE TRAILIER ONLY TO FIND OUT THE WATER SYSTEM FAILED. I CONTACTED DIAMOND CARGO THEY SENT ME ANOTHER WATER PUMP ONLY TO HAVING IT FAILD LIKE THE FIRST ONE. DIAMOND CARGO FOUND IT EASIER TO ACCUSE ME OF THEIR DEFECTED TRAILER WATER REGULATOR. I HAD 72 HOURS FOR A CITY INSPECTION OR ELSE I WOULD LOSS MY PERMIT SO I SENT THE TRAILIER TO ANOTHER TAILIER MANUFACTOR AND THEY DISCOVER THE WATER PUMP WAS PLACED IN THE WRONG PLACE. DIAMOND HAD IT UP AGAINST THE FIRE WALL OF THE TRAILIER INSTEAD OF ON THE FLOOR NEAR THE WATER TANK. NOW IT WORKS GREAT. ONLY THINK I ASK MR. BURKE WAS TO REFUND MY MONEY FOR THE PUMP I DIDN;T HAVE TIME FOR HIM TO REPLACE. HE REFUSED BLAMING ME FOR THEIR DEFECTED PUMP. MR. BURKE DIDN'T HONOR THEIR WARRANTY, ONLY THINK I WANTED TO DO IS GET THE TRAILIER WORKING SO I COULD FEED THE HOMELESS PEOPLE. MONEY I INVESTED TO HELP OTHERS, ONLY TO FIND OUT THEIR ARE PEOPLE LIKE MR. BURKE WHO PRAY ON UNINFORMED NONPROFITS CHARITIES LIKE MYSELF. FEED MY SHEEP HELPING HAND MINISTRY.

I bought a twin axle 7xv nose trailer from them years agoLiving in New Jersey at the time I made arrangements to pick up the trailer at their pick up point in Brunswick GA just off of They came through with everything I had ordered and the gentleman that met me there (it was on a Sunday) stayed and made sure I was hooked up correctly and even supplied a light kit for my vehicle, which of course was extraI live in Florida now and the trailer has made several trips back and forth to the New Jersey area without a single problemTires have held up fine with no noticeable wear and there is no rust on it either as Florida is a very humid area I have read the issues on this site and think the issues here were beyond Diamond Cargo's controlOne seems to be the fault on an independent retailer that sells their product and did not forward the warranty issue to the companyThe tire issue on another complaint could have been caused improperly loading the trailer which can greatly affect tire wear.(especially if it is a dual axle) If the people that had warranty problems had read their copy of the warranty, which I have, they would see that most problems have to be brought back to their factory in Georgia but as we see here they will go beyond that to resolve any problems In closing I don't think this site's evaluation of Diamond Cargo's business is fair due to the thousands of trailers they sell and to be rated on four questionable complaintsMy dealings with this company have been outstanding and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a quality trailer at a reasonable price!

+1

these trailers are poorly built and their customer service is even more sad, I would not recommend these trailers for professional useI have spent over $2,making this trailer right, this is possibly the worst trailer I've ever owned and I have owned over in summary, stay clear!

Run as fast as you canThey do not honor their workmanshipDO NOT TAKE DELIVERY of a trailer from them unless you live next doorThey will not pay to repair their mistakesThey blame it on the dealer and the dealer blames it on themThey should not advertise all over the country if they are not going to figure out how to make repairs on their workmanshipI paid $for delivery on a $trailer and their response was they are responsible to repair thier trailers but they do so in GARUN...RUN...RUN...no effort to make it right

From the time I made the call till the time I left I felt like Family these this Company sells Quality Trailers Made in GeorgiaWell as luck would have it my Lighting on my truck was A mess an after a few hours trying to fix it un successfulI sent a Text To *** who was the salesman I had delt withWell he showed up onFriday night to Bail me outAn in just a few mins I was set too gothis is my favorite Company very Professional an Very AffordableThere no scamImagine that!

From my home in Ohio I ordered an 8.5' x 24' enclosed trailer with several options. The trailer was built on time and I took delivery at the factory a few days later. The final transactions went smoothly and quickly. Their friendly staff hooked the trailer to my truck and made sure everything functioned properly. I pulled the trailer to Ohio with out any problems. The trailer meets all of my expectations and I can recommend this company for similar trailer purchases.

I bought a twin axle 7x12 v nose trailer from them 2 years ago. Living in New Jersey at the time I made arrangements to pick up the trailer at their pick up point in Brunswick GA just off of 95. They came through with everything I had ordered and the gentleman that met me there (it was on a Sunday) stayed and made sure I was hooked up correctly and even supplied a light kit for my vehicle, which of course was extra. I live in Florida now and the trailer has made several trips back and forth to the New Jersey area without a single problem. Tires have held up fine with no noticeable wear and there is no rust on it either as Florida is a very humid area.
I have read the issues on this site and think the issues here were beyond Diamond Cargo's control. One seems to be the fault on an independent retailer that sells their product and did not forward the warranty issue to the company. The tire issue on another complaint could have been caused improperly loading the trailer which can greatly affect tire wear.(especially if it is a dual axle) If the people that had warranty problems had read their copy of the warranty, which I have, they would see that most problems have to be brought back to their factory in Georgia but as we see here they will go beyond that to resolve any problems.
In closing I don't think this site's evaluation of Diamond Cargo's business is fair due to the thousands of trailers they sell and to be rated on four questionable complaints. My dealings with this company have been outstanding and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a quality trailer at a reasonable price!

Purchased a enclosed trailer 8.5x20 .the staff there was great I originally spoke to [redacted] to place order if anyone knows trailers is that man he helped me with every question I had even the odd ones no other company could tell me and the order was quicker than any place I've ordered from befor and 100 times better quality wish I found them sooner is all I can say my trailer was exactly as describe with all add ONs I had put on I was surprised the price was so low even though I was only purchasing one at the time I intend on getting all my company trailers from them for now on and have a personal one for my race cars in the works now. Also the website USACARGOTRAILERS.com which is where I found them originally is very self-explanatory has everything listed and a lot of options to choose so you can pretty much build it to your liking I got exact price myself it's just trailer and options out the door it was easiest website to navigate so check them out if you haven't yet .. I have not had any problems with my trailer and the one thing I look for is the build quality structure and workmanship is amazing for the price you can't find a better trailer for less anywhere (trust me I've looked) I have bought a lot in my time owning my company and will never buy from anyone else [redacted] was a amazing help all staff is great . I appreciate you guys at diamond cargo (USA cargo trailers) can't wait to receive my next one and look forward to a long friendship with you guys I will be seeing you guys soon thank you again

Where to begin!? I, like the other negative review thought was getting a great deal. FORTUNATELY I haven't spent $2000.00 on it.........yet. I have however spent over $900.00 on my 8.5 x 20 V nose Concession trailer. I have a in depth review on youtube and vimeo as well as my facebook, and if the Revdex.com lets me I'll post the link here. https://youtu.be/QQpFHZPnPIU they electrical is ILLEGAL, improper, poor workmanship, for crying out loud, walmart could build a better trailer! No rubberized collar / cuplar for the ROMAX wiring coming into the breaker box, pinched wires, screw thru the romax wires, outlet boxes cut out in the back, wires JAMMED in EACH one of the back of the boxes, collapsed wires ran thru the ceiling, handles on the cabinet below the sinks ( sinks not properly caulk ) are "secured" by one small screw that is NOT enough to hold the handle, ALL four wheels had NO grease for the wheel bearings, NO FRP walls as advertised. I really hope you go ANYWHERE else for YOUR trailer!

This company guaranteed a delivery of 4.5-5 weeks ( I double checked delivery prior to ordering and was guaranteed by their representative of delivery) I am being told now it will be 11-12 weeks before trailer is available. Now they tell me if I try to cancel order they will send me a restocking fee?
This is a company everyone should be Leary of if deliver and or honesty is an issue.

I bought my 2011 Diamond Cargo 24’ 8.5 V-nose trailer factory Direct for $1500 less than a local dealer. I drove 6hr each way to pick it up. It was ready when they told me it would be. Took 45 min to take delivery to include paperwork and changing out the ball hitch that I forgot to do before I left, they let me use their tools. I have replaced 2 tires do to blowouts but they might have been under-inflated or hit something. Just found the roof has a small leak at the rear and needs resealed in that area. The vent cover has become so deteriorated from the sun it disintegrated last week July 22 on a long trip. A replacement is rather cheap. All the doors and hardware work great. Some of the hardware is starting to rust where the Zinc coating was thin. The hitch has always worked fine and I have never had any issues with the lights. It has been a great trailer for the money. I only use mine a few time a year to haul a car to a car show. I have also used it to move to a different home twice now. I have recommended this trailer to several people.
