The worst service experienced with this companyWe placed the order in this May with promised delivery weeksHowever, until today October 17th, the company still not shipped the order and don't even tell when it will be readyWhat's more, when we chased them in August, they started to keeping on lying again and again in weeks by telling us wrong delivery datesI'm really tired of this cheating drama and felt really frustrated to our customers
This is the worst experience in my business life with other manufacturersDiamond Chain company is not trustable, I wonder if they are doing the same to other customers
