It is regrettable to have this complaint even though I have tried to explain to [redacted]

claimed that she had made the reservation by directly calling us. Also, she told me that her name should have been registered by [redacted] is only her email address.
However, the reservation we had was from [redacted] and clearly it was for [redacted]. You can verify my statement with the attached document.
Since the name was totally different and we are obliged not to share any information of our guests, for us there was no way to find her reservation.
I have explained to [redacted]u, but she claimed that she did not used any booking engines and added that somebody made a reservation by using her credit card.
Still I was not sure why someone used her credit card using her number and address. However, Noting her statement, I concluded that either it might be the case of identity theft or she made a mistake. Thus, I advised her to contact [redacted] because nothing much thing we could do.

Whether or not the name was different I should've been told that the personal information I was giving wasn't correct that way I could've called or fix it before you guys charged me .it is your employee that did that mistake. You didn't have to give me personal info but could've said that I needed to investigate .[redacted]
