Review: On the [redacted] of September this year I bought a diamond and sapphire ballerina ring for $1000 from Diamond City. On the [redacted] of October I noticed one of the diamonds was missing. I immediately sent Diamond City an email on the [redacted] of October detailing this fault. They did not reply. I sent another email on the [redacted] of October, again they did not reply. I am now back in Australia and wondering what to do. I have the receipt, number [redacted], and wondering how I am supposed to have this diamond replaced and check that other diamonds and sapphires will not fall out in future. Could you please advise me?Desired Settlement: I would like to have the missing diamond replaced and to have the ring checked so no other stones fall out. It is clearly a fault in the ring.

If you can find out the size and the shape of the missing diamond we will be happy to mail you a couple of stones so you can have it repaired in Australia instead of mailing it back to us or you can just ship the ring and we will take care of it here.

There is no charge for any repairs for the life of the ring
