repair technology thrift and gift ID [redacted] told me what's wrong with her laptop but in another way there was a miss understanding with here because she kept on repeating her selfi had her fill a paper out and she seamed confused how to fill it out so I helped her fill it out and everything I told her that could be wrong she was not understanding me at allyes I do all kinds of computer repairs but not all goes super goodyes I did talk to here husband on the phone he was more understandingthey did bring it in on the 4/28/and I did tell them it might take a little longer because I broke my wrist and it was still in a cast at the timeyes I did tell the it will be ready on 5/1/but then the laptop gave some issues so it took longer to get it doneyes I told them $but the price changed when they wanted me to more things scene there where services I gave them $discountso there total went from $down to $plus tax = when things leave my shop they a fully working order because I test them before leaving and I show it to the customers when they pick it upso if there having issues it will be something they did when it's home

I am rejecting this response because: the computer still isnt workingIt doesnt workHe made it worse not betterI wasnt confusedand I didnt repeat myselfHe never said he broke his arm to usthe He couldnt repair what needed doneHe should of said I cannot fix thisIts above my knowledgeWe could of took it some where elseand Had it proficiently repairedInstead of wasting our time with a person who didnt understand how to repair this laptop... He could not admit to us that he wasnt able to repair this laptop. His shop had no certificates stating his capabilities in repairing laptopIe ComputersIt was a simple reboot and cleaning that it needednot other things like Windows updates We do not trust him to ever touch our computersAs he does other things thats we didnt specifyand charges the customer alotIt shouldnt of costed over a hundred dollarsAs we stated we only wanted reboot to windowsand a cleaningHis prices listed on the wall did not conicide with what he charged usWhich is deceptive business practicesIEdeceiving the public
