RE: Complaint ID# [redacted] To Who lt May Concern, This letter is in response to the above complaintOur company is contracted with the condo association in which this owner residesThe elected Board of Directors (BOD) are the managers of the Association's projects and fundsWe are the administrators of the directions of the Board of DirectorsOur company has NO authority to request or demand any funds from ownersThese choices are made by the BODOur company does collect all monies for the AssociationThe funds for the roofing project were pre-collected to have funds available to make the deposit demands and payments to the contractors of this projectAll funds are deposited in the Association's appropriate FDIC secured bank accountsFinancial records are sent monthly to the BOD and are available for review per the CC&R's by any ownerThe current roofing project was approved by the owners, the BOD has signed the contracts and work will be starting immediatelyThe BOD has sends updating information to all owners and has worked hard to keep owners informedThis owner who has made the complaint has never made a request to our office for any records or information on any of the items she has referred toThis complaint has no merit and should be dismissed ***SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS REDACTED BY Revdex.com***

Our company does collect all monies for the Association.
