05/15/To Whom this may concern:In regards to complaint ID ***I Louis D*** president of Diamond concrete have been in touch with the customer, she is not willing to resolve this matter unless, I completely replace her patioI have a signed contract that simply
says that cracks are not under warrantyThe cracks and lifting are due to ground movementDiamond concrete cannot control the movement of the earthThe customer believes the cracking is due to roots from a tree she had removed previous to diamond concrete completing the workDiamond concrete removed all visible roots installed and tamped Amodified stone used #re-bare 6xwelded wire with psi concreteI told the customer that if I remove the patio and there are roots I will cover 100% of the concrete work, but if there were no roots she was to cover the cost of labor and materials.I believe I am being more then fare.Sincerely
