I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowAdditionally please refer to pictures that I have attached to this letter.Diamond Concrete states that I had improper work done before they started the job: please note that I purchased this property in and no one was ever contracted to work on the patio, additionally even if this had truly been the case, Diamond Concrete did a complete excavation of the previous patio therefore any problems that may have been there should have been corrected by them any other problems that occurred were due to them.They additionally state that they gave me a discount this "discount" was discussed when the contract was initially signed so they were not doing me a favor this was strictly a business dealIf I had know the type of shoddy work that was going to be done I would have gone with another companyAs previously stated I have tried to contact the owner on multiple occasions and he has refused to return my phone callsHe did send out his employee to investigate the problem...he took pictures of the area and stated that there was indeed a problem with the grading of the patio and also stated that it was their fault regarding the concrete hole that had developedI do not consider a hole that measures 3"x4" to be a small chip as hey have described. additionally since I initially lodged this complaint additional chips/holes have developed on the opposite end of the patio ( I have attached the pictures) Also what he wants to call a small dip in the concrete is causing water to flow back to my house and the foundation.I want to have this matter resolved immediately this has been an ongoing issue since July with no correspondence from Diamond Concrete

Business stated that consumer had improper work done before we even started the job.  Also we discounted this job in order to make the consumer happy.  It has cost me over $1000 just to give services that were not in the contract (ie, landscaping).  I thought this was all settled and...

taken care of.  I sent an employee out there to review things.  There is a small chip in concrete, and there is a small dip, but the small puddles are flowing towards house.  I'm on a job out of town and I will call consumer and set up time to view for myself within the next 2 weeks.
