Diamond Custom Iron Doors installed my gate in summer of Since then I’ve had issues with coordinating appointments and times for the gate to be completedI had to take time off work to accommodate their schedulesPer their website, their gel coating has a year warranty against corrosion - my gate is already showing signs of corrosion and it hasn’t been a year since it was installedIn addition, the gate doors are now rubbing against each other causing more damage and I’m unable to open the gate nowI’ve asked several times for the above issues to be fixed and again, I’ve had trouble coordinating a day/time for them to come out*** *** *** has been my main contact throughout this process and it has been difficult to get answers from, refuses to provide owner’s contact info, and changes the date/time that he willl have his workers come out

residence, we picked them out on 02/12/and the owner was at the house at the time we picked them out, and we told the owner that we were going to be delivering the gates back by the end of March or the beginning of April, twoweeks ago we send *** *** a contractor to fix a little part of concrete at the floor that was damage at the time that we removed our gatesJust so you know Diamond Iron Doors is working directly with the owner to get this problem solve and we already agreed on a delivery date for his project, thank you verymuch.*** *** ***
