I spoke with Jake and took a verbal: The original verbal response taken from the Revdex.com was made in error as I did not agree to refund her $She broke the contract that is why I was contacting my attorneyI made several attempt to assist her however she then contacted the policeThe bottom line is: she cancelled the contract, I am no longer willing the work with herShe will not be getting a refund, as this was not a monthly service contract, this was seasonal, but she did not make her payment, therefore broke her contract

Received call from business, Jake (owner), he stated that he gave consumer estwhich she agreed, he put her on a payment plan because she stated that she could not afford his price She called and never left message Then she called police and they contacted him and he told police the
situation Finally talked to consumer and told her that he could not answer her every call Also stated that it hadn't even snowed yet so he could not plow snow if there wasn't any He asked what can he do for her to make things better He also states that the consumer dates are off He feels that he should refund her the $in which she paid He will be contacting his lawyer to write up contract for cancellation
Consumer filed another complaint :Billing or Collection IssuesI reported this company back in December. Case #11014473. I have not received my refund. What can I do now? RefundI would like my money back
