Review: Returned product after contacting company and following their return Info I was given. Sent by I sured package. Have receipt thy company received my package Nov **, 2014. Have. It heard from company has not contacted me since, their emails are going in answered, their 1-877 number doesn't work, no one answers their direct line.Desired Settlement: Refund or store credit for full amount of $60
