Diamond Detailing

Took a boat to get detailed the last week of Dec. 2019, owner gave an estimate "may be close to $500 to remove oxidation". I told her that seemed high, however boat was oxidized and she said they could get it back to original. Approximately a week later the owner called to tell me that the product they had would not work. I had ordered a product & took it to her to use. I didn't hear anything from the owner until I went to pick up boat Jan. 17. I went by multiple times to pay the bill however she was never there. I was presented with a bill of $1050! I told her employee *** that I would not pay because I wall quoted $500. Finally when she realized I wouldn't pay she texted that she was at shop. I reminded & she also quoted what she originally quoted. *** came in and tried to debate the amount. (very aggressive) I GOT NO calls or texts that she was going to double the amount originally quoted. I had 2 options pay in order to get the boat back or not pay and go to court. The boat had not been vacuumed or cleaned on inside. The oxidation is coming back. I have consulted with *** attn. at law in an attempt to get this resolved. Based on his advice first try to file this report.
