Please accept this email as our response to ID *** with regards
to Mr*** at *** *** Avenue in Cleveland
I spoke with him yesterday and was told he would be retracting his complaint. We have completed his leak repair at a reduced rate and he has agreed to pay for our services. The issue he was having are not in accordance with the previous repairs to another area of the roof with the former homeowner. As both parties are in agreement, the leak has been resolved, and Mr*** will be retracting his complaint, we respectfully ask this complaint does not reflect on our rating
