AFTER USING THE SET FOR MORE THEN FIVE MONTHS HIS WIFE *** *** COME OVER TO THE STORE WITH A COMPLAINT THAT THE SET IN QUESTION TURNED COLOR AND A MISSING DIAMOND .HOWEVER OUR SALES REPRESENTATIVE EXPLAINED THAT
THE SILVER IN QUESTION IS WEAR AND TEAR AND NEEDS CLEANING AND POLISHING

I should not have to pay for a so call re-polish of something that is not even silver, it is silver coted and that is why is has lost it's colorThey have falsely selling jewelry as silver when it is NOT silver at allI should not have to pay for anything at all. Like I stated before I know I have had the rings for months and I'm not asking for a full refund but a partial refund since, the item purchase is not what it claims to be

Review: special ordered ring with sterling silver band instead of gold, took 45 day instead of 10 ring lasted 10 minutes whole setting fell off back to jewlers for several weeks it came back the ring has been viewed by another professional band has been switched electroplate instead of sterling silver and has been sized, mine was ordered to correct size. electroplating wearing off this ring has naver been worn we have made several complaints, they now don't speak very good English but did when it was sold. no refund no refund is all they will sayDesired Settlement: we wan the money back as we do not trust these individuals to sell another product

Purchase Date for the ring was 12/09/12. The ring was special ordered for the customer in Sterling Silver to size. All special orders are customized and ordered as per customer's specification. It is an industry practice that all sterling silver jewelry be Rhodium plated for finish, that means that its just a finishing given to the ring. When the head came off the ring it was because of incorrect handling of the ring, the ring was pulled from the head instead of the shank while removing. The head was attached and the ring but the ring was not sized. Diamond District can remove the Rhodium plating if the customer wants. The customer has tried to sell the ring, but Diamond District can not buy a special order ring.

Review: My husband purchase a wedding ring from this company, now 5 months later the stone has fallen off, and the ring is changing colors. We were told it was silver, and it turn out to be silver coded not pure silver. The ring is losing it's color. I went to the store and the clerk refused to give the managers full name, only gave the first name of the manager as [redacted], when I asked for the last name the clerk said he did not know it. He said that there was nothing they could do, asked why we did not purchase a warrantee with it, I told him we where never offer a warrantee for the ring. He again said that they cannot do anything for me, they could put another stone but I would have to pay for it. I told him why was the ring turning yellow, that it was not pure silver, he stated that all he could do was polish it.Desired Settlement: Since I did have the ring for 5 months I would like a partial refund of the ring. The amount paid for it was $379.00, I have the receipt for it.
