Horrible! I purchase a wig from this site and it was the worst. The unity sheds the bad. They stated the unit come pre-plucked but it didn't. I definitely will not buy again. I should've read the reviews on here before I had decided to purchase from them.....

I’ve ordered my hair Almost a week ago and I haven’t received a shipment notification as of yet. I don’t understand what is taking so long but this is very unprofessional and I would like what I paid for or my three hundred dollars!

So I’ve been a VERY loyal customer and have recommended many of my friends to this company and they had bomb clip ins up until 2018-19. Their clip ins used to be super thick all the way down to the ends and very silky soft and full of body movement. It was always consistent quality for 4-5 years. Then I ordered my regular order in 2018 and I’m not sure if they switched vendors but the hair was NOTICEABLY different!!! First off their clip ins used to have a thick weft size of 2 fingers, and this new hair has a very poor thin weft that is so thin it makes the hair wavy at the top instead of the thick one holding it well and straight so that immediately made me mad because having a thick weft they were more flat on your head and comfortable and would stay in place and more thicker. I also noticed how thin the hair was especially the ends and their was weird white and red strands. I ordered the same “type” of hair so they can’t even tell me different hair has diff kinds of thickness, silk, etc. I’m so disappointed I tried to put in the clips and one string came out from how poorly it was put together and it was so bumpy my hair looked funny and not flat and the top. I brush my hair and very easily these slip out. I can’t even wear this hair straight which is what I used to always do because it looks so dry and stiff at the ends it’s embarrassing. Only curled it looks decent. Super thin ends too it didn’t blend well with my hair. SO FAST FOWARD, 2019 I order AGAIN thinking maybe I got a bad batch and had faith I ordered the mink clip ins and regular and to my surprise I get the same trash thin weft thin end ugly hair. Here I am spent about 1k in hair for it to be thrown away I can’t wear it. This is really upsetting now I have to find a new hair company because I’m not going to waste my time their customer service sucks and they take forever to respond I rather take my business elsewhere. They definitely don’t have the same hair as before this is A SHAME!!! Never again.

I’ve been ordering from Diamond Dynasty for about 5 years and I’ve never been disappointed. The quality of the hair, the customer service, the prices, are all excellent. I love when I get my new bundles and can show them off on IG. There’s so many different hair types to choose from so you could never be bored! I recommend Diamond Dynasty to all of my friends!

I ordered hair from this company for the first time I received A email stating I would get a shipping number 3-4 business days after my awaiting shipment email my order is not a custom order and I have yet to receive a shipment number or a reply to my emails starting to think I am being ignored this will be the last time I order this company is very unorganized and it shows if they can not accommodate they should let the customer know I probably won’t have any hair on my birthday which is what I ordered this hair for I am so sad.

I ordered the Kinky Curly Hair from DiamondDynastyHair and absolutely love it. The hair is so soft, dyed black so beautifully and matches my 4C hair to a “T.” I will be ordering longer lengths pretty soon.

They have great hair along with great customer service . Their hair products never disappoint been buying their hair since 2010 .

I order my hair from diamond dynasty virgin hair frequently, and I can honestly say that I love it. It's so hard finding quality hair with minimal shedding that is true to length and therefore so happy when I tried them. The hair is always soft and full and I love the variety of textures that they offer. I highly recommend it because IT IS QUALITY and you wont be disappointed plus every style I have has maintained its texture. Go for it!!!!

So, I've been a frequent and loyal customer of Diamond Dynasty Virgin Hair since last year, and their hair products are superb. However...This is not the reason for my review. Poor customer service is my issue! I've been having issues with them being either very rude or not replying at all, and I tried to give them a chance. But this time has been the worst! I ordered some clip ins on Jan. 31st, and they started processing the order on Feb. 3rd . Feb. 13th,I received my tracking number by USPS...so far so good as this is normal for custom orders such as this. However, it has now been 10 days since I've seen anything more on my order!:( I've been contacting this company through email, online, and Instagram,only to be left on read, rudely told to email them, or sent a short sentence to say "I'll have my order on or before the 25th" of this month. As of today, that deadline won't be met, because they don't ship on weekends, and it takes two days to receive their packages where I live. i'm highly upset as I needed the hair for a special occasion, and now I won't have it in time!:( After this, I'm planning on taking my business and hard earned dollars elsewhere!

Our office received an abundance of custom orders which put us behind with shipments. Many customers from Jan 2020 suffered from this same delay. We are in the process of increasing our staff in order to keep up with the demand of our products. We are one of the only hair companies on the market who offers so many custom items.

I ordered my clip in hair extension on 1/16/2020, and 3 weeks later (in my spongebob voice) I an still awaiting shipping per their website. I emailed the company on the 24th and was told I should receive the product by 2/4/2020 (which is today) yet it has not even been shipped. This is an insane amount of time to wait for any online order. I don’t even want the product anymore. Not only was the shipping cost extremely inflated, it takes forever to receive your order. This is my first and last time ordering from this company.

Since my first review I have communicated with your company on three other occasions and was given three new shipping dates that where not met. It is now 2/25/2020 and all I have is excuses and no product. It is not the burden of the customer to deal with the inefficiency in your business. If you cannot handle the volume of orders the you should have place an out of stock notice or an accurate delivery expectation. This give the customer the opportunity to decide to shop with you. I placed my initial order on the 16th of January. If you cannot handle the volume or do not have the inventory available you shouldn’t have expected payment for the items I ordered. It’s just BAD business. I no longer need the produce. The event I ordered it for has long since passed. Due to your inability to provide my purchase in a timely matter I believe I deserve a full refund and not an excuse. The same excuse your company gives every time we’ve communicated. Dates of contact 1/30/2020, 2/5/2020, 2/11/2020, 2/19/2020.

First, I’ve never heard of domestic shipping costing $15 for hair. I’ve ordered from numerous online hair shops, even international. It came with insurance, a request to sign, and a specific weight. I’ve never paid for than 5.99. Maybe $10 if I want express shipping. Their website says express shipping is $55. Again, that is not standard shipping rates. I decided to order the hair because a family member uses it and the quality is supposed to be good. I ordered the hair and the next day I received a notice that the order has been processed and is “waiting shipment” This means the order is ready to go. 2.5 days have passed and they still have not sent the order. I decide to send an email asking if they can please ship my order today because it’s for an event. Essentially, they’re just refusing to send my order. They claim on their website it takes 5-8 days to process. My order is DONE processing and they still refuse to ship it. There is no company that does not immediately send an order once it’s fulfilled. They have a fall back on their website says 5-8 days, but my hair is done?? So why are they letting it sit there? This is bad business practice. The hair takes far too long to ship. After it’s already processed, they don’t send out the hair. They let it sit for another 4-5 days before actually sending it out. I asked them to refund me so I can use the money for a company that sells quality hair and knows how to ship it to their customers in a timely manner. They refused. So they won’t ship your order and they won’t give your money back. I ordered on the 14th and they are telling me I won’t get it until the 31st. They’ll probably purposefully hold my package considering I’ve been persistent on the matter. Don’t order form them. They’ve lost a potential dedicated customer.

this hair is the equivalent of whatever *** hair is. if I could give 0 stars I would. upon initial unboxing and the first wash its fine but after it was installed it shed horribly and tangled instantly. it also doesn't get bone straight no matter how much I straightened it. the company must send all their good hair to their instagram sponsors and everyone else just gets the trash left overs. worst hair ever for their prices

For the most part, they have really nice hair. They also have great pricing. However, when I ordered from them for the first time, my silk base closure started to really shed and have bald spots. A closure that I spent more than $100 on alone. Then, when I complained to them with pictures and videos proof, they had the nerve to say ‘’you can always buy another’’. How INCONSIDERATE!! I feel like when having a business, at the end of the day, you need to please all of your customers and I am a college student that works to pay my rent so I don’t have money to just ‘’go and buy another’’. They also take really long to ship your hair. I purchased my hair on a Friday once and it was 7 days later, I still had no update on my hair. Again, they are very inconsiderate kind of people.

I absolutely love this company, I have been ordering from them since they first came into business. Highly recommend this company, great pricing and even better hair.

I wish I could review the product itself, however my order was incorrect and I am waiting for them to respond. Very poor customer service. I was really interested in bring a consistent customer but I am not at all pleased. They only have an email address and sometime they do not respond. Businesses at least have a customer service line when you need assistance. They post on instagram everyday but can not respond to unhappy customers.

I ordered the hair on 1/13/18 which was a Saturday within 15 mins I needed to cancel it. The hair hadn’t been shipped or processed yet or anything. When the finally emailed me there response was all sales are final. I should’ve just called my bank & got my money back. Anyway hair came 1/22/18 which is sort of long but I was thinking I’ll give the hair a chance. So when I got the hair the ends were so split and frizzy. The hair shedded so bad & all I did was run my fingers thru it. Worst hair! It’s beauty supply hair! They have celebrities like Rasheeda promoting their hair but I’m sure they give her the BEST quality and send out anything to us regular people. Will NEVER order again!!!!!! I will not refer that hair to anyone waste of money and I paid $289.00. I know better now

I purchased hair from Diamond Dynasty Hair, to include a silk closure in July. I contacted the company a week later to find out the status of my order. I was told, the closure is custom item, so it will take an additional 5 days. I assumed this product would be amazing, since it was "custom made." I received the hair a couple of weeks after placing the order.
Yesterday, I visited my hair stylist for a cleanse and tightening. I was surprised by the amount of hair that came out while my stylist shampooed my hair. I was shocked by the amount of hair loss, I took a picture. All of the hair loss came from the silk closure.
My stylist encouraged me to contact the company. Initially, I wasn't going to bother. She said, all of the companies that she does business with, are always accommodating to their customers.
Yesterday, I contacted Diamond Dynasty Hair company via email. I even included a photo of the hair in the sink. I received a response from them this morning. I was asked to send a video of myself, stating what my issue is, all of the hair care items that I use, and a detailed explanation of my hair regiment and routine. Needless to say, I was astonished by their request. I have NEVER been asked to make a personal video by a company, because I'm not satisfied with their product. I replied to the message and explained this. I also let the representative know, that I follow the instructions I received with my order. I also sent photo evidence of the products I use on a daily basis. I'm obviously following the hair instructions. If not, why didn't all of the hair come out? All of the hair loss was from the closure. I received a response from the representative saying, they will not be able to help me, because I won't send a video. I spent a lot of money on their product. I can't believe how they treat their customers. Why would I send a video to a stranger. The owner of the company should probably rethink the way they do business. I regret not looking at the Revdex.com's complaints regarding this company, before I purchased hair from them.

I would give this company a negative rating if I could. I would like to share a very NEGATIVE experience I had with this hair company. First of all the hair is definitely or what I was expecting. I spent over $350.00 on three bundles and a lace closure. The shipping took about two and a half weeks and keep in mind the shipping costs somewhere around $15.00 alone. Anyways skip forward... So I ordered this hair in February of 2017. It was nicely packaged, and even came with a nice little ink pen. So my first install came out great. But for the cost you should be able to wear for multiple installs. So the second install the hair started shedding and getting very dry no matter what I used on it. By the time I was getting ready to wash/condition and reinstall the closure had so many bald spots I could not use it. It’s ashamed that you can spend so much on hair and be swindled. The hair type was Italian Wavy in 18,20,22 and a 16 inch lace closure. The customer service was also horrible. You email them and they email you back like two days later. I will never order from this company again.

I would not recommend buyin their hair from a sale. I actually love this company I've purchased their hair multiple times but this time it was terrible. I normally don't order from their sales but I did this time and I regretted it. The hair they sent me was the worst hair I've ever had period. I made it into a wig wich I thought would make t last longer but I didn't I don't even wear the hair anymore because it got into such a bad state. I definitely take care of my hair as far as detangling conditioning and everything but it's a lost cause for those bundles now. I'm just really disappointed I actually trusted this business now I'll have to find someone new again because I don't know if I can trust them.
