it may concern, This letter is in regards to complaint ID#[redacted]. Although we feel we have no wrong doing in the matter, we have taken action to resolve the situation directly with the patient. She has been issued a refund for her hearing aids, and we have received the hearing aids back from her. We trust the matter has now been resolved.
