this person is not the customer it is his wife, not only is she lying but the :reason" for his money being accepted then refunded is due to the fact that he also lied to us about contact with the repo driverthis is where the cost increase is coming fromWe refuse to finance their lack of making their bills on time and going into repo and have turned it over to our atorney in [redacted]

I was not aware of the email from the company to make a response back toI would ask you to please note close if so to reopen Because this matter hasn't been resolved and my response is it didn't call their employee and cuss @ her she called me while working and she was on speaker due to me working and having said that there were there were customers and another employee there as she was cussing and saying things to meI do not appreciate or tolerate this and I work as he at Diamond would expect at his own employment

Our customer relations people are strictly forbidden from using inappropriate language and due to the floor plan of the call center there is no way a person could curse another and a manager not hear it and fire that employee for breach of protocolWe have ZERO tolerance for cursing by our employees up to and including their off clock time while on company groundsWe often have disgruntled customers making these type accusations and have never found one to be grounded in truthFactually speaking we instruct our employees to disconnect the phone from a customer who is cursing as we are the ones paying the phone bill and WILL NOT subject our employees to such behaviorThis case is closed as far as this company is concernedNo new information has been providedThank you Revdex.com for allowing us once again to clear the air

First of all, this is no way to refer to your customers as "liars". You people have a serious problem with customer service and should be reported to the Attorney General; there are such things as consumer protection laws. No one lied regarding this account. A message was left from the driver and a payment was made. You all accepted the payment and sent a final "PAID IN FULL" receipt to ME. And then after the fact, you told me that I owed more so when I called back in to make the outlandish payment, you refused. And this is not acceptable. Will be awaiting your attorney's call. God Bless!

Complainant signed contract stating monies that would be owed. As far as calling their employer they drive a truck for one of our independent driving companies,  they have called and cursed our call center employess and as shown here disputed RTO fees.I appreciate this Revdex.com review as it lets me...

All I want to do is make the final payment on this building and they are refusing to take the payment.  Even though I advised that I was paying the erroneous fees as well.  I don't know what's simpler than that!  I have no other recourse if I am attempting to pay this off and the company won't accept the payment.  The only thing I can do at this point is wait for the attorney's call; at which point I will gladly make the payment that this company is refusing to accept!  Thank you and God bless.

Mrs. [redacted] is mistaken on several levels:
1st. None of our personnel are allowed to use profanity while at work. Automatic firing offense.
2nd. Being the [redacted] in question I know she is lying about me cursing, I do not curse. At All.
3rd. she has only made 15 payments regardless of what...

"coupon" she pulls out of her payment book.
4th.  Her money was not refused- she could not make payment in full as required by the repo department and wanted to make payments on payments- THIS IS NOT ALLOWED.
5th.I do want our building BECAUSE she isn't paying for it.
6th. I DO HANG UP ON CUSTOMERS WHEN THEY CURSE ME OR THE COMPANY- AS SHE DID. 
77th. At this point she will be blessed if she is not sued for her past due payments and cost of pick up of building.
8th. Nothing personal just business pay your bills and you wont be in repo.%

[redacted]  - I don't agree because I have the employee and the costumer whom I was dealing with on this day and they both said they both would be willing to go to court with me due to Diamond equality 's employee  Jessica cursing at me. But I've asked for them to have their legal services to call or email me because they are wanting more then I owe. My own employer who work's for them called me into office again to talk about this situation and he tried adding up the figures to see if he could help with the Rtoc that says I'll pay X amount over a 36 month contract yet when I tried to pay if off 18 months early owed 500 less than Rtoc full term contract. Also showing Diamonds was asking for more then what I owed.
