September 22, 2015In response to the letter my company received on August 27, 2015, I am writing this letter to provide the requested information and dispute the validity of the complaint made by [redacted] on August 21, [redacted] claims that the check was never received, but at her insistence, our company had directed all communication through her attorney.The $deposit was delivered to her attorney on August 17, and the check was subsequently cashed on August 31, I respectfully ask that you disregard this complaint as the matter was settled before the complaint was made.Sincerely,Dan B.President
Regarding *** *** complaint We have obtained the information about the impending tax sale from the Chester County courthouse.There is a chance that by the time the letter was sent, the back taxes had been paid in full.We only mail those properties listed for the upcoming tax
