Do NOT use this service if you read this review Scheduled an appointment week in advance, took the day off work "Service" man Stephan called the night before to ask if our dryer was making a growling noise or a howling noise, so that he'll know what parts to order and told us flat out he was going to take us off the schedule for the next day because he doesn't know what parts to order????? Called back to clarify noise and asked him to confirm if he would still be coming as scheduled No answer, repeated calls, no answer, waited the day of, no show, repeated calls just to communicate something, no response I will report same to the manufacturer

The worse customer service I've ever experienced! I wish I had read the reviews before I scheduled a service through themThis website sent me to "Diamond Factory Service LLC" (in Mich & I am in ***), who scheduled me with a local technician The 1st visit the technician came without the part I had explicitly stated I needed The 2nd visit the technician cancelled with less than hr notice ("someone" forgot to order the part), event though the day before, Whirlpool called to remind me of the appt The 3rd visit, the technician wanted to come at 3:00, even though I had expressedly stated I would not be available until after 4:
After several calls to Diamond and e-mails to Whirlpool, finally on the 4th appt a technician got the job done There was no accountability by Whirlpool, Diamond, or the technician Throughout the process I got the runaround Nobody cared Next time I will schedule DIRECTLY with a local firm
