I will never have Damschroder do work for me again. I have never been ripped off more than this transaction.
1. The price for this roof was truly outrageous: $5,995.00 for an 8'x 24' flat roof.
2. The warranty seems like a joke... only 15 years⦠material replacement onlyâ¦. loads of fine print..
3. Having an intrusive top-side vent on the roof for an open porch is silly.
4. Gluing a 12' square advertisement on the roof was much too bold.
