I visited Diamond Finish Car Wash late December for a full detail When I picked up the vehicle, the carpet had not fully dried, so the floor mats were in the back A few hours later, I noticed that the driver's floor mat was missing a retention cap required to secure it to the floorThis creates a safety concern, since the floor mat can interfere with the pedal if it shifts I returned to the car wash, but the attendant on duty couldn't find the cap I contacted the business the next day and spoke with Levi, who offered to replace the cap However, the cap is not available separately per Ford, and a new set of mats would have to be purchased She agreed to purchase the mats and contact me to pick them up in a couple of days A week later, I still hadn't heard back, so I called her The mats hadn't been ordered, and they claimed they found the cap I went to the wash to pick it up, but it wasn't the correct cap The manager, Julio, gave me a free wash at least Levi s

DO NOT GO THERE! I took my Toyota there to get waxed I bought the car new in and have kept it in excellent condition I got my car home and noticed that the bottom of my front bumper was all scrapped up It was not there before I dropped it off! Of course the owner said they didn’t do it and said he would watch the video and call back Of course he didn’t We called back and of course he didn’t see anything on the video Cost of Repair is over $ No integrity at all
