While the customer is unhappy, I can do nothing from this end. We closed our store on August 31, 2014. The Bensalem location is under new ownership and we have absolutely no control over that location. Complaints should be addressed to the new owner

I promised the customer her furniture would be treated on Friday the 10th of Feb in the morning. I was able to get there aprox 3:30 pm and the job was completed. While I was at her home she had another piece of furniture ( not purchased from me) that I treated for free due to her inconvenience....

I spoke to my warehouse about how she was treated and am secure it will not be repeated.
