Revdex.com spoke to a representative from the business who stated what happened in this sale is that the dealership that used their auction services was sold a vehicle with a duplicate title and was unaware of the situationThey have attempted to track down the person who initially traded the vehicle in to the dealership but have been unable to do soThey stated that the customer was informed of this, and they offered a full refund of what she had paid and to bring the vehicle backHe stated that so far, the customer has not brought the vehicle backHe also stated that their contract has a disclaimer telling the customer not to do anything to the vehicle until they receive the title, because things like this do happen on occasion, and for that reason they are unable to reimburse the customer for any money that was put into the vehicle
