Review: On September 10, 2012, I signed a financial agreement with Diamond Gates and paid them $1490.00 to refinance my house. I sent all the papers needed. My file was then turned over to another department by the name of KAT Capital LLC, 4331 NH. Federal Hwy, Suite 308, Ft Lauderdale, FL 33308; phone # 915-606-6590, FAX: 855-654-6290. I worked with them faxing papers every month. On May 2013, I received an email stating they were closing and my file was sent back to Diamond Gates office. I have sent emails and phone calls trying to get my money back with no response.Desired Settlement: I want my $1490.00 back.
