For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I do not feel that $a fair amount considering the amount of product that is missingThe website states each bundle is approx ozIt does not state each bundle is 3.5-4ozTheir statements contradict what is listed on their website and is completely misleadingI've purchased hair many times and the oz is based on length of the hair, not the width of the bundled weft. What I received was less than the 3.5oz on one of the bundlesThe manager who is also a stylist knows in their line of work, that makes a difference as it is a entire row that could potentially be installed on a clients headThey have contacted me privately stating that they do not ship out partial bundles, however this is untrue as they have sent me oneAlso, they said that they would have get approval for the $and never got back to me until I contacted the Revdex.comThis was despite my efforts in contacting them to check the statusI also did not ask for 1/of the full amount paid1/of the amount would be $I asked if I could receive $as a compromiseI feel that $would resolve the amount of missing hair and also accomodate the lack of good customer service

We provide hair care instruction sheets in all of our boxes to help customers maintain the longevity of the hair as well as avoid issues such as what you are experiencing. For daily maintenance on the wavy curly texture and to avoid shedding and tangling, we suggest: Brush out all the curls using a denem brush, not a thistle brush. I am aware that the kind of hair I ordered does require a lot of maintenance. However, the hair should not be coming out in large amounts when listed ad minimal shedding. I have tried everything to get it to stop shedding, but the hair is out of my head now and I am dissatisfied. The hair costed too much for not the quality that promised. I tried to compromise and settle for half or even less than half of the money paid because I did actually install and use it. Not only is the hair bad, my wefts are pooly sewn as well. Threads were coming out before it was seen in. Maybe I received a bad batch of hair which is understandable, but some type of compensation should be able to be made.
