Review: A Diamond Opal ring was ordered on 2/**/15 a size 5, A couple days later received a phone call massage from [redacted] (shipping manager ext.[redacted]) informing that size 5 would not be available for several weeks asking do I need to cancel this.I've repeated called ###-###-#### & ###-###-#### for days with no answer & left several emails to (Yes) cancel this order.Not hearing anything back from the company through phone or email I'm very concerned due to the price of $999.04.I'm also concerned the will just ship out the ring without my permission after been given the option to cancel.Desired Settlement: Cancel Item Immediately & Refund my [redacted] Contact me with proof of Cancellation & Refund transaction number

Review: It appears that this business is no longer operating but continues to have a website selling products. I purchased a diamond anniversary band/ring from Diamond Harmony and have had issues since the beginning with loose diamonds and losing diamonds. There is no way to contact them to get this issue corrected. I have called, emailed etc.... appears they have left town.Desired Settlement: I want a refund for this product or for it to be exchanged as it has been sent back for repair and diamond replacement more than once and it is again missing a diamond and the others are loose.

Review: I ordered a gift certificate from diamondharmony.com to be emailed to a friend. It didn't go through, so when I contacted customer service, they blamed it on [redacted] and refunded the money. I believed them when they said it was a [redacted] problem, so I placed the order again with my debit card. I placed the order for a $100 gift certificate on May **, 2014. As of today (6/**/14) my friend has not received the gift certificate.

On multiple occasions I have tried contacting customer service via email, certified U.S. mail, the online form, and both phone numbers provided on the website (###-###-#### and ###-###-####). Here is a log of my efforts to contact customer service, none of which resulted in any response:

1. 6/*/14 called both phone numbers, no answer or voicemail system
