The manufacturer that we do business with, Remodelers Supply carries a woodgrain window as stated in contract that exceeds all

Nowhere on the contract do we specify that we would get the windows from Alside manufacturerIf he wants Alside windows there will be an additional chargeIf he is not happy with the additional amount he is more than welcome to cancel the contract with all deposits returned

It doesn't sound like they have done anything to figure out why my repeated requests to take me off of the list were ignored, or to avoid doing it againI appreciate that they have now (supposedly - the proof will be a few months without a call) taken me off, but they ignored my requests many, many times when I asked the person making the telemarketing call to remove me from the listIn order for me to consider the issue truly resolved, I need to know that they have figured out why that happened and put new procedures in place to prevent it from happening again to other consumers

They ignored at least requests to take me off their listThere is clearly a gap in their process here -requests made to the telemarketing caller are ignored - and they are evidently entirely indifferent to that gap and to its negative impact on peopleIt puzzles me why they aren't willing to take the small step of following up on this item to prevent the same thing from happening to other people

Ms*** also should make sure that she is on the Do Not Call list so that the next time we purchase list from *** Coshe will no longer be on there
We have done as much as we can through our office to take care of this situation of making sure that Ms*** will not be called again

This company continues to call, even when you tell them you have no work for them Asked for an estimate for a Half Bath, man calls gives us the 3rd degree, then states, "we been out there or times and you've not gotten the work done When are you going to get this work done? So, it is implied if they give you an estimate you are suppose to get the work done by them Couldn't give him a for sure date of work being completed He cancelled the appointment
Free Estimates are NOT free from the way he acted

They did my elderly fathers roof for $9300 and only did half the roof and a shabby job at that. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

company to cap with aluminum capping two doors and one window. The price we charged her was perfectly in line with industry standards. The contract was clearly written out. The customer who is very alert and lucid understood the conditions of contract, including the ability to cancel within three working days of signing contract.
Itemized costs:
1) Vinyl siding with insulation 700 sq ft $3.00 per sq ft=Total $2100.00
2) Soffit and fascia and replace rotten wood 80 linner ft. $20.00 per ft= Total $1600.00
3) Aluminum gutters and downspouts 100 linier ft
$8.00 per ft= total $800.00
4) Cap overhead service door-$150.00 service door-$100.00 (1) window $50.00
GRAND TOTAL-$4800.00
If customer has significantly lower prices from a licensed, bonded and insured corporation please have her forward those prices to our company.

I reached out to Diamond Home Service several times. I even spoke with the owner. The owner maintains that I have quality windows. This is NOT a true statement and he knows it. I could have purchase better quality of windows at [redacted] or [redacted] and had them installed. Had I know these were the windows I was going to receive, I would have done exactly that, shame on me for not doing my due diligence.
I spoked with customer service at diamond home, to voice my complaint, and was informed that they get lots of complaint about their windows. With this being said, I'm sure Diamond home will not change their practice. I will inform everyone I know on all the social Medias about Diamond Home, because I do not want anyone to be take advantage of, as I was.

On the signed contract it didn't state the warranty was with the manufacturer of the window. I didn't know who the manufacturer was they didn't supply any information on the manufacturer of the windows. . It was signed by Diamond and it was on their letter head with no reference of the window manufacturer. It stated that I had a lifetime warranty on the windows. I can forward a copy of the signed contract.

I have a copy of the contract that I would like to submit. Also when I question the initial offer of $300. The person on the phone said that they withdrew the offer and didn't want to do business with me.

As I stated in my previous response the warranty is with the manufacturer. Unfortunately they are no longer in business. We are willing to pay for the cost of the window, which was covered under the now voided warranty. However there will still be a charge for the labor($140.00) which was not covered under the warranty. If this is acceptable to Mrs. [redacted] we will go ahead and make up a new window.
