Hi [redacted], I appreciate your reply, however, I cannot believe I am just now hearing something almost two months later. I feel as if the only reason I’m receiving this response is because of my actions taken with the Revdex.com. I am curious to know who the “him” you’re referring to is regarding my stay in December. I do not feel that anyone would be able to explain the specific actions of a certain day nearly two months later….perhaps if I got a reply in a more timely fashion I’d believe it. I appreciate you informing management but I am skeptical as if anything is going to be done at this point…It seems that things are very disorganized with management and the Customer Service team. I’m incredibly disappointed in the RIU chain. As I had mentioned in my previous e-mail I had requested a full refund – including parking costs. Looking at my experience from start to finish with RIU I do not want to do any more business with the chain. It’s taken nearly two months for a reply from the Customer Service team and I had an awful experience in NYC. Thank you for the offer but I do not wish to be given any points – just a refund to my [redacted] or a check to be mailed to me. I would like confirmation of this. I would appreciate a timely response. [redacted]
