I have paid for my tattoo in full, ($750.00) and I have not yet gotten any work done in months. I’ve been to *** at Diamond Ink Tattoo many of times, but this time he’s ignoring me. His phone is disconnected, doesn’t respond to direct messages, and “will always check his calendar” and never gets back to me. It’s been over 2 months now that he’s had my money. I live over an hour away, and I can’t just go drive to the shop and find out “he’s not there”.
I have all of the messages and confirmations corresponding with him to prove that these are all false information and not how it’s happened at all I’ve as well offered and wanted to continue to tattoo him not with holding any services at he’s refusing and have all the proof and witness to provide confirming his actions and how all the events have taken place as well as he also came in for a tattoo session said he was going to check his truck and got in his truck and ran off without paying and has threatened me and on all of the Papers and noted in the store there is no refunds and his statement there was not an issue for me to ever tattoo him he was upset because I didn’t respond to one message and told me I need to call him to check with him and his work schedule to find what his availability is I’ve also stated multiple times I make appointments in person due to the nature of my business he knew this when he started to get tattooed by me years ago. And to further expand his statement of he’s not there I work 6 days week all year around I’m always in my shop

I am rejecting this response because:Not only were either of those ever there, it’s just a show at this point so he doesn’t have to pay me back. Once again, nothing got done. He hasn’t done anything. None of that “refund” stuff has ever been there. If you look at the painting of the “no refund” sign, you can still see the new stencil from a fresh paint. Clearly, this painting that he’s done and his Instagram page just so happen to have a “no refund” policy now. When did you update it to make yourself look good? Is something ever actually going to happen about this? A customer who fronted a business money in advance for a “tattoo” I never received in which it was clear you didn’t want to make time for, for months?
