I got in an accident 08/09/and it is now 08/18/and I still have not heard anything regarding my car or what to do I am highly disappointed
I got in an accident a week ago going on two weeks next tuesday the company did not inform me on what to do how long to wait about my car my car was picked up from abra on 08/10/they have been the only ones assisting me with my car they say they did not hear anything from my insurance regarding my car, they sent a estimate to them regarding my car which is a honda crv lx suv and I am getting very frustrated and would like some type of discount or something ive been renting a rental going on three weeks out of my own pocket and im just beyond irritated with the company no one is picking up my calls they keep sending me straight to voicemail everyday I call
