For the past year and a half when we have made appointments with Diamond ITR we have been cancelled on many times last minute (and they don't even call to cancel...we call when they don't show up and we are then told they need to cancel) They do not return phone calls and they do not try and rescheduleWe have a contract with them and they did not accommodate us when we had an emergency We could have had a major catastrophe with our hot water tankWe had to call a private plumber to help us since Diamond ITR did not respond to our needs We are currently without heat and a/c for weeks because they keep cancelling and have not called us back to reschedule despite our attempts to get in touch with them
