Company has not returned my security deposit even though I have complied with all of their requests and apt was rented before my last month was up.
Previously resided in the Juhlin Buidling Apt 6 and moved out at the end of the month of October in wich I paid the full month's rent. I notified the management company that I was leaving 2 weeks prior and did not have a current lease, as the previously lease expired in February 2012 and I was never contacted to sigh a new lease. I cleaned the apartment and it was re-rented by the end of October. My security deposit should have been returned by the end of November and I am still waiting. I have contacted the management company numerous times by email and phone and conplied with any requests. They have not returned any of my recent correspondence. I seek the refund of my security deposit in the amount of $500.00.
