I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below

took me some time to make a payment as my money is being handled by my church to make sure I get out if debt since they helped me with cash when I got evicted and had to move in December from *** *** Apartments.I even had my car repossessed and managed to get That back.I have not had any extra money until my tax refund and thats when I went in to pay and thats when he said my jewelry was gone.Again I did not receive any notice from him as you can see by the photos that has my former address from years agoAnd I told him that.I would bet anything that my jewelry is in their showcase.Yes some is my fault for not keeping up on it but I was not in charge of my money and I'm still not.All I want is my jewelry back and again I'm still willing to make payment.*** ***
