Review: The car (a 2007 Nissan Altima) was brought to Diamond Kut Auto Body on July [redacted], 2014, a few hours after my grandfather and I had been involved in an accident. It has been two months, and the car has not been fully repaired. We have both contacted the business on many occasions, however we are always being told that we will receive a call back. Not once have they called back to let us know the status of the repair. On occasions when we have been able to speak to a service representative, we are told days/dates that the car will be finished, and yet every time we call on those dates, we are told that they need a few more days. A few more days has now become two months. For example, I had spoken to the shop on Saturday, August [redacted] (a day they had said the car would be finished), and they told me they need "a few more days", that the car would be ready on Wednesday, September [redacted] I called on that Wednesday, and once again they said they needed "a solid few more days", that the car would be ready on Saturday, August [redacted]. I called the shop that Saturday, and nobody answered. I called the service members phone, and nobody answered. I texted the same service member, and nobody answered. I never even received a call or a text back. Now, today, September [redacted], I called the shop, and I was told the car would be ready on Wednesday, September [redacted]. I do not believe the car will be ready this Wednesday (September [redacted]) because we have been told "a few more days" for the past 2 months.

Moreover, when trying to contact one of the service members directly on his cell phone on one occasion, he continued to hang up, and eventually texted me, telling me to "stop panicking" - this was extremely rude and unprofessional. The same service member informed me that he was putting in used parts to house the engine - this, to me, sounds like a potential danger. I'm unsure if other used parts are being placed into the car, but $5,000 sounds like more than enough to cover the cost of new parts, considering we were hit only on the front-right wheel.

We have been lied to many times, such as being told that "all that was left was a paint job". However, when we had gone to see the car after being told this, it had not even been touched - no repairs were made. On top of this, the car appeared to have MORE damage then when we had brought it in. Oddly enough, we were told NOT to send the insurance company, Geico, the photos I had taken of the accident - while I found this strange, I trusted they knew what they were doing. Now, I have contacted Geico, sent them the photos, and they immediately noticed that the damages they had seen upon inspection did not match with the damages seen in my photos. Also, when Geico had given us a check of $5,000 for the repairs, they urged my grandfather (the owner of the car) to pay in full immediately, and so he did, trusting that they would complete the job in the time Geico had allotted them (20 days maximum). Moreso, we were told that they had ordered the wrong suspension 3 times. This is either extremely careless of the shop, or we are being lied to.

This has gone on for much too long. My grandfather has grown restless, seen a rise in blood pressure, and was forced to lease a new car in order to complete his day-to-day activities. I am worried that the work being done to his car may be unsatisfactory, and will risk lives if not repaired properly and with new parts.Desired Settlement: I would like for this repair to be completed, but I would also like to know for sure that the repairs they have made are satisfactory and will not risk the life of my grandfather, myself or anyone else. I also would like a receipt for every purchase they have made for the parts and service needed to repair the car, including the receipts for the suspension that was ordering wrong 3 times. Additionally, I want to be sure that the $5,000 was used to satisfy the cost of the required parts and services.

Review: I would like my reimbursement of 3,500 from Diamond Kut Autobody Inc.

Diamond Kut Autobody Inc. had a written contract with the consumer stating that they would be paying for all charges accrued for the [redacted]ental,,during the time period my vehicle was in their shop being repaired. I received my vehicle from Diamond Kut Inc. on Feburay [redacted], 2015. Diamond Autoboy Inc. agreed on several different occasions that they would be paying for all expenses for the [redacted] rental and ensured me that I would not be charged. On February [redacted], 2015 [redacted] rent a car debited my [redacted] that I used to rent the car at the beginning of the repairs 3, 322.78. I spoke to the [redacted] about the issue via text messages as well as phone calls. Leo consistently gave me the run around and kept telling me that he paid Hertz and on February [redacted] the check cleared for the rental payment and I was supposed to getting my reimbursement.. I contacted the Hertz billing department and they were unaware of any reimbursement or any payment from Diamond Kut Auto body Inc. As of 3/**/15 I have not received my reimbursement. They are scam artists and proved to be untrustworthy. My insurance adjuster reported that my car should take no more then 14 days to be repaired. Diamond Kut Auto body Inc. took 103 days to repair my vehicle. They are not a reputable and honest business. They should be investigated. Thank you and I hope this can be resolved as soon as possible..Desired Settlement: I would like my reimbursement of 3,500 from Diamond Kut Autobody Inc.

Review: On 5/**/2014 I was involved in an automobile accident with my 2011 honda accord.diamond kut auto responded and towed my vehicle to there shop on [redacted]. in brooklyn, two days later my insurance carrier which is [redacted] had there adjuster inspect my vehicle and came to the conclusion that it will take 15 days and cost over $8000 to do the job, after two weeks I went to the shop to pick up my vehicle, that's when they told me that they needed another week,and complained that [redacted] should have totaled the vehicle. The following week I returned to the shop and spoke to [redacted] and [redacted], to my surprise they were being very rude and nasty saying I should leave and they will call me when the vehicle is ready, after a week of not getting a call I called the shop to enquire about my vehicle and they hung up on me. By this time a month had went by and each time I visited the shop they would tell me it will only be a few more days and the job was almost done, when I go to the shop they get on there cell phone start talking then walk out the shop and not come back till I'm gone. Today is 8/**/2014 and they are still giving me the runaround. I called [redacted] and they told me there is nothing that they can do because they had already paid for the job in fullDesired Settlement: Because my vehicle was leased and was scheduled to be returned July [redacted] I'm incurring missed payments and thus it is affecting my credit rating. I would like for diamond kut auto to pay for each month they had the vehicle at there shop and give me something in writing stating that they had the vehicle at there shop so I can send to the credit agencies to try and restore my great credit rating

Review: This company wrote us a bad check we gave them a month and were very patient and polite today they told us that there is othing we can do about it told us to fo "F" ourselves and hung up.Desired Settlement: $700.00 plus bounce fee's and gas and man hours for sending a driver from long island to brooklyn 9 times resulting is a total of $1,000

Review: We have delivered parts on numerous occasions to this location and they have been paying cash and credit card. They started a couple of weeks ago to dispute a charge that we made for parts we sold and delivered to them. Since we took the owner(s) credit card over the phone we didn't have an authorized signed credit card receipt so when he filed the protest the credit card company refunded him his money. Once the owner(s) saw this happen they went back and put in 3 more disputes on charges made in August and unless we provide a signed document and are going to refund the shop their money back. We here at BMW of Manhattan run a legit and honest operation and have no reason to charge anyone's credit card without their permission..Desired Settlement: All we want is for our money for the parts we delivered to be paid back to us....
