This work was done appyears ago and have been back several times in the past to repair some problems around built in chimney which constructed of rockIt was properly sealed at the timeOver the years there have been numerous people working on this houseA new kitchen was build next to the bath and this blocked the pipe access and this kitchen roof was also attached to the bath roof causing water to leak insideI changed the kitchen roof to stop the water at the timeThese other folks created a valley that held waterI also replaced an entire ceilingAll this was done at no chargeI have no idea of how many other people have worked on this house over the yearsI have contacted my attorney about this matter

I will send you a check for $to send to Ms*** As for the not cleaning up, we cleaned up our little bit of dust that was made in the house, mind you there is construction going on in the house and has been for yearsHope this helps some, the cost of the job was only $in which guttering was installed, window was framed because the original wasn't square to begin with and the window was smaller than originalCheck will be mailed in morning to B.B.B.ThanksLarry

Earlier this month I had sent in a complaint against Professional Home Improvement, Larry Bivens.Since then, we have discovered more issues with his workPrior to the moulding issues included in the previous complaint, We had him install the replacement window that the molding was installed
around.He did not install two strips that were provided with the windowThese strips go on the top and bottom of the window and are requiredAlso, the frame he built around the window is not square, it is 1/inch off and needs to be removed and rebuilt.The window now needs to be removed and the wood that we purchased for the frame needs to be repurchased We would like to amend the complaint and add on the following:Cost paid to install window $75.00Cost to repurchase the wood estimated $20.Labor to remove the old window and frame and restore back to condition it was prior to hiring contractor $ 75.00Totals $ 170This guy really shouldn't be doing this kind of work.Please let me know if this needs to be rewritten for publishing.Thank you,*** ***

bath and this blocked the pipe access and this kitchen roof was also attached to the bath roof causing water to leak inside. I changed the kitchen roof to stop the water at the time. These other folks created a valley that held water. I also replaced an entire ceiling. All this was done at no charge. I have no idea of how many other people have worked on this house over the years. I have contacted my attorney about this matter.
