Review: They had me post date a check for part of the down payment and deposited it before agreed date that was on the check which caused me to not be able to pay my rent. They also ran a credit check without getting my consent, they told me they were using my social security number for a government anti terrorist program that all dealerships are required to do. They also are holding a the title to another car that I agreed to sell to pay for the new car, they said they would give me the title when I had a buyer for it, they then told me to write a check to them first to get the title which was not pay off the agreement. I had a buyer lunged up and lost them due to the delays that diamond lane auto was causing getting the title.Desired Settlement: I need compensation for them causing me to be late on my rent and the time I had to put into selling a car and lining up a buyer to end up not being able to sell the car because they didn't follow the agreement we had.
