To Whom it May Concern, *** *** ordered our Hooked on Overages online study course on 7/7/Per the terms of sale that he agreed to, there is a day return period on this product*** *** was informed of these terms at the time of sale, where he had to enter his initials in a
field that stated that by initialing, he was stating that he had read and agreed to the terms in order to complete the sale*** *** wrote into our customer support department on 8/3/requesting a refund, thus he is outside of our mutually agreed upon terms and is not owed a refundThe fact that *** *** does not agree with our terms and return period is not relevant, as he agreed to them when he purchasedAs our product is informational and thus intellectual property, we must have a short return period in order to protect our business and productThis is not a physical product that, once returned, can never be used again; rather it is information that is learned - and what has been learned cannot be unlearnedOur return period is enough time to review the written materials and decide whether or not he wants to move forwardIt is not intended to be enough time to thoroughly learn the program and decide whether he thinks it will work or not, as at that point the exchange of goods has already occurredTo make a comparison, it would be like attending a college course and then at the end of it demanding a refund because you didn't like the materialNo college or university would issue a refund at that point, because the information was already disseminated, and neither can our businessOur program works as it is advertised and we have many successful students to show for it, not to mention the files that we have processed successfully internallyI have attached a print out of our order form showing the terms clearly marked, as well as the field labeled, "Please enter your initials to confirm that you have read and accept the Terms and Conditions", as well as a screenshot of our internal system showing *** ***'s initials that were entered at that timeWe have offered, and will continue to offer, *** *** support in being successful with the program and we are happy to answer any questions he has on the materials; however as previously stated, he agreed to our terms of sale and is bound by themThere is no merit to this complaint and we ask that you reject his complaintThank you, Ashleigh C***Operations ManagerDiamond Law Center***@diamondlawcenter.com
