I am rejecting this response because:We have already taken the vehicle to the Maaco body shop to have the exact same work completed twice and each time the vehicle has been returned in worse condition than the previous timeIf the wiper had been properly fixed as stated by the business owner, than it wouldn't have been left dangling as indicated in the photosThe paint was not feathered nor was the vehicle prepped to ensure a clean spray resulting in a poor jobThe store then used stickers/tape to cover up the obvious issues that they did not want to correctThe major problem isn't the wiper blade, it is the incredibly poor paint job performed on my car and horrible customer service we had to endureI paid a lot of money to have my vehicle painted to correct what was minor paint issues at the timeNow I have tape/stickers that make the car look even worse than before and it will cost $to have that part alone correctedMy husband and I already tried to sit down with the owner *** *** (before contacting the Revdex.com) who refused to work with us and have the work properly doneHe laughed at us when we said we would file with the Revdex.comWe no longer have faith that Mr*** or his team are capable of doing a decent job especially since there were so many errors from the last time.
