This openable side was fastened using removable screws. All other sidesof the crate were fastened using nails, which ore not ever meant to be removed.2. The crate was not packed securely with edge "stuffers" so that the panels did not move inside the crate. Each individual SlatWall panel was pocked with corrugated corner protectors around all four sides. Thesmall gap between the SlotWoll and the crate was inserted with pieces of Foam rubber to act as void fill3. The panels were not laid numerically in the crate and several panels were incorrectly numbered and labelled. The entire display was built and assembled at our factory to ensure perfect fit and function. See videoattached. Each SlatWall panel and each component were than disassembled by hand and numericallymarked as it was placed into the crate4. The black plastic inserts were not secure in shipping and therefore, many were broken upon arrival. The panels should also have had tape at the edges to stop the inserts from sliding out when setting up thepanels. See response #2 above. The corrugated corner protectors covering each edge of the Slatwoll keep theBlack Channel Strips from sliding out. However if you need replacement Channel Strips due to breakageduring assembly, we con ship them to you at no charge, as a gesture of goodwill.5. There was a generic single sheet of instructions sent...there was no illustration ofthe proper wall alignmentand layout utilizing the Diamond Life numbered system. This was completely unsatisfactory and created a lot ofextra labor time to figure out which panels, legs & back braces go with each other. The instillation instructions ore attached and ore adequately detailed for assembly. As a company wehove to rely on thousands of these units being in the field without complaints. Regardless we take yourconstructive criticism and will duly consider enhancing the assembly directions.6. There were two back braces missing. There were two number 3 panels. All back braces were pocked with the shipment. Please consider that the 2 corner rails do not get backbraces. Regardless, if you need additional Back Braces due to them gone missing during assembly, wecan ship them to you at no charge, as a gesture of goodwill. The replacement bock braces will beshipped without some mounting holes which you will need to drill to ensure best fit.7. Review: On 16 Dec I ordered a diamond plate slatwall diamond plate strip online .I did not receive a confirmation from them .On 17 dec I phoned them and went over the order with them .I received the order on 2 Jan and it was not what we discussed on the phone.I promptly emailed them my dissatisfaction . On Monday they contacted me and said it was ordered wrong online and it was not their problem even though I explained I did not recieve confirmation and I had called to confirm the order on 17 Dec . They said I could return it if I pay the return shipping charges and pay a 20% restocking fee . They would then bill me for what I ordered in the first place and charge me shipping charges again .Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund or for them to take the wrong item back and ship me what I ordered with them on the phone with no shipping charges or restocking fees . I would pay the difference in the price as they charged me for the cheaper product . I was charged 76. And the item I wanted is pricing at 91.

· The customer ordered a product online from our website.· We shipped the item her ordered on-line· He claimed that he had changed the order via the phone and therefore the finish he received was wrong· We have no record of that call nor any customer support person accessing his order even to view it· There was no email confirmation sent to the customer confirming the change· Therefore it seemed clear to us that the customer had simply changed his mind about the finish and was trying to make it our fault for shipping the wrong product· We offered him an exchange with 20% re-stock fee and shipping cost to/from· He declined and complained to Revdex.com· We have since spoken with the customer and agree to send him the finish he wants at no charge· customer is satisfied – email thread attached.

Review: Received product damaged. They would not help me saying the product was only good for one side. The product defect is deep enough to show on both sides and the still will do nothing.

Review: We received the slatwall product directly at a tradeshow. Upon receipt and opening, we immediately noticed several issues, as well as product damage. We have listed our issues below:1. The crate was labeled incorrectly as to where the opening side was, therefore making the panels incredibly difficult to remove- especially the double sided panels that were incredibly heavy and made it very hard for 2 even 3 men to reach in to lift the panels out. (Each panel weighed more than 120lbs) 2. The crate was not packed securely with edge "stuffers" so the result was that the panels moved around the inside of the crate and created damage to panels and inserts3. The panels were not laid numerically in the crate and several panels were incorrectly numbered and labeled.4. The black plastic inserts were not secure in shipping and therefore, many were broken upon arrival. The panels should also have had tape at the edges to stop the inserts from sliding out when setting up the panels. 5. There was one generic sheet of instructions sent for a system of over 570pcs -there was no illustration of the proper wall alignment and layout utilizing the Diamond Life numbered system. This was completely unsatisfactory and created a lot of extra labor time to figure out which panels, legs & back braces go with each other.6. There were two back braces missing. There were two number 3 panels.7. Several panels were misnumbered -the number on the back of the panel did not match the number on the sticker8. Two of the panels had the metal support on the wrong side of the panel which had to be removed and reattached to the correct side.9. One panel was badly damaged upon arrivalWe had hired union labor at the tradeshow to help put together the wall. The incorrect labeling, missing product, wrong configuration, damage, and lack of instructions resulted in an extra 6 hours of work performed at overtime time for 4 men. This resulted in an additional $3,538.00 of labor (charged at $138.75 per hour, per man)Desired Settlement: WE WOULD LIKE TO EITHER RETURN THE ENTIRE PRODUCT LESS A 20% RESTOCKING FEE AND RECEIVE CASH/CHECK /WIRE REFUND OR RECEIVE A 50% CASH/CHECK/WIRE REFUND ON THE PRODUCT WITHOUT RETURNING. THE EXECUTION OF THE PRODUCT AND THE SERVICE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS PRODUCT IS TERRIBLE.
